Common help topics
I didn’t get my verification email
Check Spam or Junk first, then use the in-app resend verification action. If it still does not arrive, email support with the address you used and the approximate time you tried.
My password reset link didn’t work
Request a new password reset email and use the newest link. Older reset emails may expire or point to an outdated session. If it still fails, send your device model, iOS version, and the time you tapped the link.
I can’t post a tag
Include a screenshot of the error message, whether you were on Wi‑Fi or cellular, and whether you were posting text, photo, video, or audio. That helps isolate network, permission, upload, or moderation/location restrictions.
My media upload failed
Please include the file type, approximate file size, and any error text shown in the app.
The map is not centering or nearby content seems wrong
First confirm location access is allowed for TAGS and that location services are turned on. If the problem continues, send your device model, iOS version, and a screenshot of what the map is doing.
I want to report abusive content or a private residence tag
Please use the in-app report tools whenever possible. If you need follow-up help, email support and include the tag title or a screenshot, plus why it should be reviewed.
I want my account deleted
Use the in-app account deletion option first. If that fails, email support with your account email, username, approximate attempt time, and a screenshot of any error if available.
Moderation and safety
TAGS is a user-generated content platform. Reports involving harassment, impersonation, private residence tagging, spam, and clearly harmful content may be reviewed and acted on. TAGS may remove content, limit accounts, or take other moderation action when needed.
Product notes
Some TAGS features may depend on location permissions, account status, trust/moderation state, visibility settings, and network quality. That means two users may not always see exactly the same content or options.
